We specialize in helping companies gain the best possible benefits from tax credit programs for research and development, both in the USA and in Canada. We provide complete tax credit consultant services for all federal, state and provincial incentives aimed at keeping engineering and manufacturing jobs here in North America.
These programs are designed to encourage ongoing investment in new and improved products and processes, and are intended to help keep engineering and manufacturing jobs here in North America. If you are a manufacturer or software developer in the United States or in Canada, you may very well have significant money coming to you. We can help you identify eligible projects, prepare the proper documentation and defend your claim.
Most of all, we help put your money back where it belongs — on your bottom line, and ultimately in your pocket!
Both the American and Canadian governments have funding available for companies that take technological risks in order to compete in the domestic and global marketplaces. The American federal program is formally called the Investment Tax Credit for Increasing Research Activities. It is informally known as the Research Credit, and it is codified under IRC section 41. The Canadian program is known as the Investment Tax Credit for Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED). It is authorized under Section 248 and is described in Regulation 2900. There are also a variety of state and provincial credit programs available in each country. Our premiere tax credit consultant staff has considerable experience with these programs, both in the United States and Canada. Since our founding in 2000, we have successfully defended many claims in a wide range of industries, helping companies recover millions of dollars. Let’s see if we can do the same for you!
